To ensure a seamless experience, we introduce ourselves, from the beginning, as Pillow and utilizing the information listed on your Pillow dashboard to ensure any questions are answered quickly and accurately.
While we understand that owners may enjoy communicating with their guests, we work to create positive guest experiences centered around seamless hospitality. That being said, we generally discourage interactions between guests and property owners, as it can be confusing for the guest to receive communication from two different sources.
