Early check-in / Late check-out

Here at Pillow, we strive to provide a seamless and safe experience for our guests, owners, and vendors. As such, all arrival and departure times are standardized to ensure that everything is ship-shape and ready for the next guest check-in. Between the hours of 11AM and 3PM, our Pillow Pros will be on site servicing our units, and because of this, we are unable to accommodate early check-ins, late check-outs, or luggage storage at our properties.

For luggage storage, here are a few options to explore:

1) Nearby hotels
Concierge desks at brand-name hotels (Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, etc.) will typically hold your luggage, even if you're not a guest. While they don't usually charge for this service, be prepared to tip the bell staff when you return to pick up your luggage.

2) Nordstrom department stores
They are happy to store your bags while you look around the store, or explore the nearby area.  You may store luggage with their Concierge desk at no charge, though again, a gratuity for the concierge is appreciated when you retrieve your luggage. 3) TaskRabbit
TaskRabbit is a same-day service platform that instantly connects you with skilled Taskers to arrange for a "Personal Assistant" to pick up and drop off your luggage when/where you want.  Fees vary depending on location.  Find out more at https://www.taskrabbit.com/
