Lost & Found Items

At Pillow, we understand there are times things get accidentally left behind after your stay. No worries! Pillow has a standardized flow to assist in getting your item(s) back to you. Please submit a request, or give us a call at 1-855-692-3689, and inform us of:

  • Your reservation # or the name the reservation was booked under, and property address
  • Dates of your reservation
  • Description of the object and where it may have been left

Pillow Lost & Found Policy:

  • Guests cannot return to the property after their confirmed check out date/time to retrieve items
  • If the items are found, Pillow will return your belongings to you free of charge to the address provided.

**IMPORTANT** Pillow cannot mail back prescription drugs to guests. Please refer to the federal guidelines from USPS.


Since guest experience is our top priority, our team checks for any lost and found items during the soonest guest turnover. Depending on the duration of the current reservation at the property the item(s) was(were) left behind at, the time it takes our team to look for and verify if your item is at the property may vary.
