How can I arrange access to my unit during a guest's stay?

As part of Pillow’s guest services, we manage all communication with your guests. By listing your property on the short term rental market, you are opening up your property to the guests who book it. As a result, during a guest’s stay, Pillow requests that property owners do not access the property unless the guest has been notified and given consent prior to your arrival. Guest’s who are not notified ahead of time often feel that the privacy and security of their stay has been breached causing an overall negative experience, and could result in poor reviews for your listing.

If you do need to stop by your property during a guest’s reservation for whatever reason, please Submit a Request to Pillow so that we can notify the guest on your behalf prior to your arrival.
