Does Pillow allow third party bookings?

Trust and transparency are vital to the Pillow experience, which is why we only accept bookings where the account holder will be traveling to the listing as well. If you are looking to make a reservation on behalf of a friend, family member, colleague, etc, we ask that you do so through their account. Important information, such as property and amenity access, is sent out to the email address on file with the requestor's account. Should anything arise during the stay, it is important Pillow has the direct contact information of the individual/s staying at the property . When a reservation is booked under someone else’s name or account, it creates barriers in communications .

Instead of making a reservation for someone else, consider referring them to join the listing platform. Listing platforms such as Airbnb often provide promotions or credits for referring someone to their services.
