Where can I find more information about the property?

Being a Pillow guest means you have access to our Guest App, which contains details about the property you booked, such as WiFi passwords and washer/dryer details. All details about the amenities at the property will be found by logging into our App with the reservation code which was provided to you in the confirmation email. In addition, you’ll be able to edit your check in/out times, get property specific information, such as sleeping surfaces and parking instructions, as well as find out tips and tricks from the property owner in the FAQ section.
