How are reviews handled after my stay?

Pillow believes reviews should be written and left authentically by each party. With our platform, guests are able to self service their stay using our App. Since our goal is to ensure you are able to Rest Easy, you may not need to contact Pillow during your stay! As a result, Pillow does not always have the anecdotal information necessary to leave an authentic leave guest review--especially when one considers that most reservations pass by seamlessly. That being said, the hosts we assist have the ability to leave reviews for their guests and are informed of any neighbor complaints or damages reported during a guest’s stay.
