Can I visit a property before booking?

Booking the right property for your vacation or business trip is an important decision - you want to ensure that it will be spacious enough for you and your traveling companions, that the location is suitable for your adventures, and that the property has everything you need as your home away from home - we totally understand!

However, one of our biggest priorities is the safety and security of our guests, our hosts, and the properties we represent.  Our properties are usually fully booked, and just as you wouldn't want to be disturbed during your stay, neither would our other guests.  As a result, Pillow is unable to accommodate requests for property visits prior to booking.

We encourage you to thoroughly review the property listing, explore the photographs, and read reviews from previous guests to determine if a property is right for you.  Additionally, you can reach out to our support team with any questions you may have.  

The best way to reach us is by submitting a Support Request (the link is at the top of every page here in the Support Center). We typically respond to all requests within 2 hours or less.  For more urgent situations, we’re also available by phone or sms at (855) 692-3689.
