Missing Keys

To ensure each guest has a seamless and easy arrival experience, keys must be returned to the lockbox in which you retrieved them. In the case our cleaning partners arrive to the property and find keys not returned to the lockbox, Pillow must make an additional copy and replace the missing keys. The cost associated with this additional activity, $35, falls on the guests who fail to return keys to the proper lockbox, and will be held from the security deposit, or through a resolution request, dependent on the booking platform.

What if I lose the keys during my stay?
Not a problem, please reach out to Pillow’s support team and we can provide you with information on how to access the backup key. Please be aware that if keys are lost during your stay you will be responsible for paying the $35 fee to replace the lost keys.
