What is the “5 for 5” program? 

  • For each 5-star rating you receive, you get an extra $5 compensation.

 

What can I do to get more ratings and better ratings?

  • Leave a personalized note for guests at the property and ask them to rate you.  A good example is something like: “I hope my cleaning earned a 5-star rating!  If it’s anything less, please call me so I can fix it. - Chad (415) 523-1449”.

 

What happens if I get negative ratings?

  • You may be removed from the platform.

 

How do I dispute a rating I think was unfair?

  • Notify Client Care and we will investigate.
