  • A property cancellation is when a Homeowner is no longer interested in working with Pillow, so a Pillow Pro goes to return all keys, remove lockboxes, and pick up linens.

What if I’m unable to complete an activity in time?

  • Contact Client Care so they can notify the guest. It is always better to notify the guest in advance.
