What if I get notifications about activities on the Claimboard but when I go there I don’t see any? 

  • All Pillow Pros are notified about claimable activities if they have availability. If it’s already gone, that means that someone else claimed it first.

 

What if I’m not getting as much work as I expected? 

    • Pillow cannot guarantee any amount of work, as the number of activities fluctuates depending on the number of properties and reservations.

 

Why am I not getting any cleanings paired with me?

    • If there is only one cleaning, it will go to the highest-rated cleaner who is available. If your schedule changes and you are unable to clean, be sure to update your availability so they don't pair with you.
